The Director of Youth
Ministries for the Winchester Unitarian Society is Jessica
Rubenstein. She has worked with youth at our church for
10 years now. Before that, she was the Director of Religious Education at a United Methodist Church in Chicago.
If you have any questions or concerns about any aspect of our programs for youth, or if you would like to get to know her better, you can call her at the church or email her and set up an appointment to chat! She loves to talk to youth, their families, and folks in the congregation and is always ready and eager to listen to our comments, concerns, and ideas.
She is at the church (sometimes with her dog Beth, a rescue from New Orleans) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and evenings, and Sundays. She is available by appointment any morning of the week.
Sean O’Brien has been the Assistant Youth Director at Winchester Unitarian Society since September 2003. He has worked with children and youth in many capacities and is also currently coordinator of a middle school after school education program in Somerville.
Sean is always ready, willing and available to discuss any issues or ideas surrounding youth programming, or just to meet members of the congregation. Contact him by e-mail to set up a time to talk or feel free to say hello at church (Sundays and most Wednesday evenings).
